Not sure about the last one without looking, but for ukanlos, 1: "Absolute Power" 5: "Black Phalanx" 6: "Terror of the Gravios" 9: "Eye in the Horizon" 10: "A Glint of Moonlight" 29: "The Approaching Gaoren" , and for the fatalis you need to beat every g-rank mission and beat all g-rank elder dragons at least twice, and you need to beat all the g-rank traing school missions with at least one weapon any weapon, trust me it's ****ing hard and a b**ch, you would be better off with the download quests for now, at least until you do unlock them.
