1) how to get a heavenly lao shan lung scale?

2)what I will use..wyvernblade "silver" or a hammer

3) who monster I will fighht silver rahtalos or rahtalos to get heavenly rathalos scales

4) how to unlock fatalis with out downloading

1 - Kill HR8 Loa with Rathian Armor (which includes luck ability).
2 - Use a powerful Wyvernblade with Dragon ability
3 - The Gold/Silver HR9 quests is the best way to get heavenlies (Decendents of the King). Easier with a group.
4 - Unlock Fatalis by completing one of each of the G Rank training quests.
5 - 5 or 6 I think

2-what ever you are best with, if your better with hammer use hammer if sword use sword
3-already answered
4-beast every g-rank training school mission at least once and beat every hr 9 elder dragon mission twice.
