Is daora sharp claw in the high rank or g-rank quest and by the way can anyone tell me where can I find the high rank teostra because I cleared almost all the quest in HR6 but still haven't seen any.

The daora sharp claw is indeed a G-rank Item. In order to get them you must break either the body or wings of Daora. In order to unlock Teostra HR6 you must complete all, and I mean all of the prior high rank quests. Dont forget that the elder dragons are by no means permanent, they appear and disappear at will so you might have to do another quest while you're waiting for them to appear.
