Fatalis Quests

How do you unlock the HR6 Fatalis quests? I've cleared every quest up to and including the HR6 quests (I have a red clear next to them, but that's probably because I haven't unlocked the Fatalis quests). I've cleared all of the village elder's quest. I've cleared most of the elder cat's quests. I've cleared all of the G - Level one star quests. I know I'm missing something, but what is it? Thanks.
