How do you get 100% on shamplin 1?

How do you get 100% on shamplin 1?
I can get 19 berries and 2 mui mui but not the last berry or mui mui, from the mui mui map it shows the berry to be inside a penguin shaped area and the third berry from the right, I presume that the mui mui is in the same place.
Does anyone know how to get into that area?

Right before you get to the penguin shaped area, there is a small "valley". Gather speed by sliding from side to side, and try to hit the beak of the smaller penguin on the right hand side (don't jump, it won't work). It will eventually suck you in and spit you out into the larger penguin. There you will find what you're looking for
BTW any tips on how to get the berry that the small penguin is running away with? I've tried like dozens of times, and never made it...

I found the running penguin tricky too but if you do it a few times and learn where the jumps are you can catch him, also, if you don't catch him the first time, come out of that secret area and go back in, he will be there again so you can keep trying to catch him!

Sorry, one thing I forgot to add, when you jump each time you need to jump quite far back from the little ledge thingies or you will hit them which slows you down
