you get it by finishing the last puzzle and then opens a new fighter in barcelona
its by bet so if you win you get another sackboy

U have to complete the last test called "gardian of the wave" to become level 20 and then you will have sackboy in your catolouge.

You get him when you complete all ranks then you go to barcelona then you find someone who does bets and they will have sackboys

You finish the last rank in the alliance which is suprisingly easy and you get him he isn't unlocked by beating the vipers nest. (Guardian of the Wave)
