You have to beat Campbell and then you ahould see a message from the person who helped Kennie the go and see Hamid in Mumbai
He should have the Tigerahrk, if it doesn't come up on the battle screen click the 'select button' and then the 'circle' button to leave the fight-then go back to the world map [or the catologue] wait a few minutes then go to challenge him again
Keep trying until you get it after that
