I have cliff with a red heart the second house expansion and double bed but he wont purpose and I can't buy the blue feather help?

I have three answers.one that I havent done,but think.
1)You need everything being sold on tv is one option...
2)You may need to wait a while.Remember that Cliff is really shy.
3)Make sure you keep him happy just incase you forgot to buy somethings for him to settle in
You need to give him some presents everyday.. The blue feather it's in the supermarket I think..
Yup cliff is shy but if the market says they're sellin the blue feather but it's not there or something most LIKELY(not for sure) Cliff is going to propose and is just too shy to. So just wait a bit k.
In the girl version of the game you do not buy the blue feather, the guy will come propose to you and you have to had triggered all of his heart events and answered the questions correctly.
