Question for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories

For the Civil Asset Forfiture what is the SPARROW vehicle? Were is it? Can someone please answer?

The sparrow is a helicopter and you can get it if you do the land,sea and air race at the end of it. to start it get on the sanchez at the light house.

The one from Land, Sea and Air is a sea sparrow and not a regular one, and can NOT be brought to the Civil Asset Forfeiture. For that you need the spawned one at the airport.

The sparrow you get from Land, Sea and Air is a sea sparrow which differs from a regular sparrow and can NOT be used for the Civil Asset Forfeiture. For that you need to get the one that spawns at the airport. I just confirmed this.

You can also get it at the airport go in the way were the road juts off the other one the go into the entrance and there is a structure thats yellow and white go up the ladder and if not there try again another time
