On one of the first missions for Phil C. On the first island when you have to load all of the moonshine into the back of his truck, how do you work the lifter vehicle thingy? PLZ HELP!!!

There should be instructions/briefings displayed on screen when you get into the forklift to move it around, and I'm guessing that the buttons you press to raise/lower the fork differ depending on which one of the D-Pad or Analog Nub you use for steering. If you've missed the briefings, pause and select the Brief menu to see what you've missed.
The trick for the mission though is is that you're not doing a chase view, it's more like an arcade game.

You move the lifting part under the box, then use the left and right directional buttons to raise and lower the box.
