Is thier any planes except for the helicopters????

Yes.
Heres how to get into the plane:
First, go to the airport (you need an ambulance)
Next, park your ambulance on the runwaym, you need to make sure the is a plane coming down the runway. For best results, park it at near the start of the runway. When the plane comes, jump onto the top of the ambulance.
Then quickly jump onto the wing of the plane.
Finally, press triangle to enter the plane.
Viola! Your piloting the plane.

If you go by the studio place and go behind it near the water, there should be a plane near the water and the bridge.It will be there if you did the mission with one in it.I think plane is called the seaplane.But I know that is a plane there though if you did the mission.

One that lands and land and one that lands on sea.
