How and where can I get the fastest car please help me

It depends on what island your on because if you're on the first island you can get the angle on the docks near the ferry. Also if you want a car instead of a motor cycle you can put in the cars float cheat Circle, X, Down, Circle, X, Up, L1, L1 but make sure that before you do this you put in never wanted cheat or you will get stars and they will kill you. Heres the cheat for never wanted L,L,Triangle,R,R,X,Square,Circle.
On the first island, there is only three fast vechiles and this is the PCJ 600, the Angel bike and the Hellbanch GT (only if you pass level 6 for Car Saleman in the car showroom). If your on the second island, then there is the Cheetah, V8 Ghost, (if your lucky) Deimos SP. Otherwise on the third island is Cheetah, Infernus, V8 Ghost, Deimos SP, Hellbanch GT, Stinger, V8 Ghost.
