Can Some one tell me the easiest way to get past salvatores mission "shoot the messenger" please.

Head down to the boat that Sal has left and get in. The best thing to do here is to drive parallel to the target, ensuring that when you go for a drive-by, you can get in a good round of fire every time you have the chance. Should he get stuck beside you, take this opporunity to fire as
many bullets as possible into him. Once the boat explodes, you complete the mission.
If you have a sniper, you can get in the boat. Then drive up to the boat. But try to maintain some distance so the boat doesn't start driving off.
