It means that the vehicle you're in needs to be taken to the love media garage in the side mission where you have to deliver cars to a garage fo 100% completion
I would recomend doing this because if you fet all the cars they need there then you get a V8 ghost and a crotch rocket at your apartment on staughton they will always be there. Plus you get a lot of money.
You need all the cars on the island to unlock v8 ghost and crotch rocket even money
