On your ppsspp settings, goto system settings, now locate ppsspp cpu clock and tune it to 1000(max) then edit your controls and put the unthrottle key a bit above the analog key so that when you pull up it touches the unthrottle key together with analog Up ⬆ button now goto the game, from the first rope hold analog up+unthrottle key and press X. ☺ easy!!
