I can't get out of the caves...Help

You go back through that magical mirror thing, the same way you came through to the caves from the temple of Helios. =) Good Luck

Ok... The caves are tricky I know but there are three islands that stick up that you can jump on... Right they are near the walls... Well go the the left island and jump on it then go to the back and climb up the special wall that you're blades dig into then just continue from there to get tritons lance then dive under water and you will be out in no time
