You mean Avian Limbs? If so, then you should be able to get them simply by beating Chi-You or Fallen Chi-You (forgot which one, as Avian is material gotten from Chi-You, but some Avian materials can be gotten by defeating Fallen Chi-You... Man, complicated)

the bonus materials oh 4 crying out loud!
