You Have To Wait Till Winter Formal Or Spring Fling Or Prom Then Go To Your Computer And Go To The Clothes Section In Shop And Go Down To Tops N Go Down To Get A Dress! :D Hope I Helped (y)
Wait until the winter formal or spring fling or prom is close then go online in the computer check out the clothes (top) then you will see different types of clothes like vang formal,dinky formal,etc. Also when you unlock the dresses you also unlock new clothes,accessories and shoes but NOT the contacts and hair BTW hope this helps a lot.
