Mk. 22 Butt Shot Takedown
It normally needs a couple of hits from the Mk. 22 that has been modified for tranquilizer rounds to put a guard that wears a helmet or amour to sleep. However, if you shoot the guard once right between the cheeks of their butt they will reach behind and immediately fall asleep.
