At the 'Options' menu go to 'Settings' and select 'Password'. Then enter the following case sensitive codes (without the quotes) to enable the corresponding effect.
Unlock Kakizaki:
Enter the code 'BXLBT'
Unlock Seiza no Kagayaki Totomoni:
Enter the code 'NEBHI'
These extra stages become available by going to 'Options' then 'Settings' and entering 'HTXTU' (without the qoutes) at the Password selection.
