Enter Up,L1,Down,R1,Left,L1,Right,R1. A tank should appear an the nearest street. Get in and press Left until the gunner is behind you. Press and hold X. Keep holding X and press Circle until the tank is going really fast. And there is your cheat. I hope you like it.
