If you want to have a player play for another team in career mode, go to the menu before career mode . Next, go to My Fifa 11 . Then go to team management and select transfers . There you can move any player to any club you want.

This works if you didn't do career mode yet. However, if you already have a saved file of career mode, this will not work.

If the club you're playing reached the 30 player limit ad still want players, transfer unwanted players to other teams. However, you don't get any money if you use the same method to get them for free
