Use the Defender Skill, and hold X to keep blocking. Then while the Defender Skill is active let your health drop to zero. If you kept blocking when your health reached zero, the Atk, Def, Regen Boosts will remain at the current state. You will not however recover HP, not even when the Regen Boosts are active.
The following costumes become available when you clear the indicated mission or complete the corresponding task.
Booster Unit:
Clear the Mission '...'
Lost All:
Clear the Mission '...'
Schoolgirl:
Obtaim 99,999 damage in the mission 'Nana's Whimsical Test'.
