Unlock Black Markets

The Black Market is a place where you can buy rare and valuable equipment and is unlocked by doing the following. Once you have unlocked the Clan Creator mini-game you must complete missions and fights for the Kiryu clan. You need to complete the first 13 missions in Onomichi, bringing the completed mission count to 13/16. This will unlock the Bartender near the Clan Creator mini-game who will tell you about a man he knows that operates a Black Market. A little while later you will recieve a text message saying the Black Market vendor is ready to meet and from this point you will be able to visit the Black Market in either Kamurocho or Onomichi. The screenshots below will show you exactly where to find the Black Market in each city.
