A Katsu Bento is a lunch set that you have to find for one of the side quests. This item can only be bought in Kamurocho where it is located at Poppo on West Shichifuku Street (close to the batting cages, see screenshot below) and is labeled as 'Bento Lunch Set (Pork)' from the vendor. Once you have purchased the item, keep it until you return to Onomichi.
