Tower Of Guns PlayStation 4 Cheats and Tips

You can use the rising platforms in Tower of Guns in order to jump higher. What you need to do as the platform is about to reach the top is to jump, when you do this you will be launched high into the air. When you perform this though you need to be careful of fall damage.

The enemies you encounter in Tower of Guns are not particularly good at pivoting. Make sure you take advantage of this inadequacy during fights by attacking them from different angles, such as their sides or back.

Avoid the upgrades that are designated with a tombstone as these increase your difficulty. When the difficulty increases in Tower of Guns the enemies you encounter will deal more damage, are tougher to kill, and move faster. Basically, you will receive no benefits from these upgrades.

To get the You Have Played This More Than Joe Has achievement/trophy you must finish a 100th run. This will probably be the last achievement/trophy you unlock, and it can be easily obtained by choosing the 609mm Handcannon and once you spawn look down and shoot at the floor, rinse and repeat. If you use Tunnel Rat to lower armor you will be able to reach the required 100 deaths quicker.

To get the Chose All the Better Guns achievement/trophy you must unlock all the guns. In total there are 10 guns, but 2 of them are already unlocked from the start. Listed below are all the guns and what you must do to get them.

Peas-N-Carrots Pistol:

Unlocked from the start.

Portable Pizza Oven:

Unlocked from the start.

Babel Gun:

Destroy 24 flying tanks.

Blatherskite Crossbow:

Complete level 7 on Endless Mode.

Egon's Pride:

Complete a level under par time.

609mm Handcannon:

Awarded when you complete a level without taking damage.

Kegerator:

Find 5 secrets in one stage.

Mini LHC Gun:

Discover 22 different items.

Consolation Charger:

Die 3 times.

The Hedgehog

Destroy 250 spikeball launchers. These are the small turrets that only have a few spikes on their base, and it may take several runs to do this as they usually spawn in groups of 3 up to 9.

To get the At Least You'll Get An Achievement For It... Achievement/trophy you must die while a Boss is exploding. The Boss you choose doesn't matter, but it is recommended due to it's blast radius/area of effect which increases your chances of being harmed you wait until you have the Handcannon before you attempt this.

What you need to do is whittle down the health of the boss while at the same time getting yours also lower (get it to 1/3 or less), and then as soon as you have defeated the boss aim straight down and continue to fire until you die. As you will not have much health left you will die in the ensuing explosion and as a result unlock the achievement/trophy.

To get the Farming 101 achievement/trophy you need to kill over 350 enemies in a single level. The easiest place to do this is at the Warehouse level as you will be able to find plenty of missiles you can use, this is essential because at the boss battle the turrets respawn in seconds when they are shot. In order to unlock the achievement/trophy you must complete the level.
