Unlock New Game+ Mode

Added:

Complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock New Game+ mode for the same difficulty the game was completed on. Previously obtained weapons, items, and upgrades are retained in New Game+ mode. The enemies in New Game+ mode will be tougher to defeat.
