The best place to cast your line is at a hotspot, each area in the Rapala Fishin Pro Series that you can fish has several hotspots and each hotspot will cater for a certain type of fish. Some of the signs to look out for that indicate a hotspot are bubbles, splashes of water, or fish jumping to the surface. You can also use a fish finder to help you locate the hotspots.

Each lake in the Rapala Fishing Pro series (including the DLC lake) has a Legendary Fish which can be found at a specific spot.
