Konno Yuuki, the 2nd leader of the Sleeping Knights becomes unlocked in New Game+ by doing the following. Complete the Hollow Area storyline, then after the final battle of the main storyline select to stay and investigate the area when you are given the option. If you now defeat Yuuki after she challenges you to a battle she will become unlocked.
