Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare PlayStation 4 Cheats and Tips

It is important that before you select your plants you first check to see what zombies you can expect to encounter. Pay attention before you start a level as you will given a glimpse as to which zombies will attack which will allow you to choose your plants accordingly. Having the right plants is crucial as there are some zombies that can only be beaten by certain plants.

In Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare the coins you earn during gameplay are used to level up. These coins can be spent in the Sticker Shop to randomly unlock Spawnable Plants and Zombies, new Character Variations, weapon attachments, and customizations for each character. To level up the actual characters you obtain you must complete a set amount of challenge stars tied to their level. There will never be more than three challenges and once one is completed a new one will appear (depending on the level). If you experience problems completing a challenge you can use a Skip Challenge Star to move on to the next one. After you reach Level 10 with any character class, any subsequent levels gained nets you 10,000 coins, instead of a class sticker pack. When you level up a character their rank will increase by one.

Use the following trick to get Marigolds when they are out of stock in Crazy Dave's shop. Get the Zen Garden and make sure your plants are fully watered and fed for the day. Now leave the game and advance forward the time on your device by one day. When you return to Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare your plants will now be full size. Make sure you remember to put the time back on your device afterwards.

The easiest and fastest way to make money in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare is to play the 'Last Stand' mini game. Once you have set up the mini game you can leave it to play by itself and not worry about antyhing. Whenever you pass the level the golden magnets will automatically collect the coins you are rewarded. You will be able to earn 5k in two of the 5 flags.

The best way to accumulate a lot of coins in Plants vs. Zombies is to play the Gardens and Graveyards mode where the objective of the plants is to defend the gardens from the zombies while the objective of the zombies is to capture all the gardens to turn them into graveyards.

Whatever role you decide to play you need to make sure you do not waste the coins you earn. It is recommended to begin with you spend your coins on the 5k, 10k, and more expensive packs so that you are able to unlock characters and abilities and customization items along with some consumables.

Once you have found characters and ability combos that suit your play style it is then time to fill out your consumables with the 1k packs.

Challenges like taunting after kills, getting the most revive, and getting the most kills are particularly difficult for certain characters in Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.

Skip Challenge Stars are consumable items that are used to instantly complete any selected challenge. They are only obtainable from sticker packs from the Sticker Shop.
