The first thing you need to do in Plague Inc: Evolved is select a country from which your disease starts. When making your decision you should immediately avoid countries that are small islands such as New Zealand, Greenland, and the Philippines as it will take longer for your plague to spread as they have a low amount of incoming and outgoing ships which is the only way the infection can spread. The best countries to quickly spread your disease are China and Saudi Arabia.
