To get The Four Horsemen achievement/trophy you must buy all the Netherghul statues upgrades. Each statue will require around 1100 NUSs to be fully upgraded which can be earned from Loot objectives.
If you keep replaying the Fluffy Menace level in the Prologue using Inferna you will be able to grind earn enough currency to upgrade all four statues. All the currency you earn carries over between all 4 characters, so there's no need to keep replaying the level with each. Inferna is the strongest so it is recommended you use her. Once you have enough currency just quit and load the game back up with your preferred character and buy what you need to complete all four statues.
To get the Game of Crowns achievement/trophy you must gain 100 crowns in-game through winning phases. You will not be able to get this achievement/trophy by completing the game as doing so will only net you 15-25 crowns if you do every one.
The best strategy therefore is to repeatedly do the easiest crown which is the one found in Thrills of the Netherdeep quest. Each time you obtain a crown return to the hub, then go back. Another easy place to grind this achievement/trophy is Prologue, Level 3 (Weapon Forge) where there are two crowns.
To get the Die sheepies! Achievement/trophy you must kill 50 sheep. You will be able to do this during Act 1, level 3 of the story. Don't go looking for sheep as you will come across more then the required 50 to unlock the achievement/trophy during the level.
The secret Forge Fixer achievement/trophy is a story based mission that is unlocked when you help Ricket fix her forge. Once you have fixed her forge Ricket will send you off to find three dragon eggs, there are several on the level that you can collect so do not worry when a troll steals one. Unlocking the Forge Fixer achievement/trophy will also unlock Ricket as a weapons vendor.
