Jump
Doing jumps is a good way of getting rid of the cops as they tend to perform them at odd angles and they handle the landing poorly, more often than not crashing into things.
Twists and Turns
You will soon discover that although the cops are relentless in their pursuit they are not the best drivers and will hit things that you can easily avoid. Take advantage of this by leading them down small roads that have lots of twists and turns.
Hideout
Remember that when you are being pursued you can go to any Hidout and go inside to immediately lose all the cops. However, the downside from doing this is that you will lose your multiplyer.
New Vehicles
Before electing to buy a new vehicle you should first weigh the pros and cons vs. Simply ugprading your current one which can sometimes be the better option.
Repair Shops
The key to dominating the game aside from honing your skills is making frequent visits to repair shops, both before and after events. Doing so will replenish your Pursuit Tech Meter which can often mean the difference between success and failure in your next race.
