Getting an 'S' Rank in 'Naruto And Sasuke' will depend on how much health you have left at the end of the battle and how many stars you get during QTEs. When you have over 90% of the first health bar left and 100% of the QTE stars you will get the 'S' Rank. There are two fighting sections that count for this in 'Naruto And Sasuke' (3:58-5:17 and 15:05-22:00).
