To get the Easy Your Way achievement/trophy you need to win a game using one 'House Rule'. An easy way in which to do this is to start a 2-player local House Rules match such as Snake Eyes using 1 controller and then after a couple of turns have the 2nd player bankrupt so you win the game.

To get the Business Master achievement/trophy you must complete two color sets in one trade. An easy way in which to do this is to load up a 6-player local and during the game auction off every property allowing your piece to get most of them. It is important that you make sure you don't complete any sets. Then use another piece and only pick up one property of each color in the auctions. All you then need to do once your profile almost has two sets and the other piece has the properties you need to complete two sets is wait for your turn and make the trade. Just offer 1 Monopoly dollar.

To get the Bargain Master achievement/trophy you must get a property for at least 10% less than it's original price at Auction. You can easily do this by setting a game with one controller for all players and then just landing on a property and hitting Square on your Playstation (X on Xbox) controller. When you do this the property will be taken into an auchtion where you simply have to purchase the property for a low number and have the other player back out.

To get the Investor achievement/trophy you must build your first house. In order to be able to do this you must first purchase or trade for all properties in a colour set. Once you have managed this complete the following steps to get the achievement/trophy.

1) Take your turn

2) Use the D-Pad to manage properties

3) Go to your completed set

4) Hit the RB to purchase a house

It does not matter what colour set you collect, keep in mind that the more expensive the house, the more rent you will be able to collect. The cheapest houses are on the brown and blue properties near the start and cost $50 each while the most expensive houses are on the green and blue properties and cost $200 each. It is more beneficial to aim for the higher cost houses in order to get more rent as doing so will ultimately help you to win.
