Make sure you collect the Blast Shards as the difficulty level of the game gradually increases and the later missions will be nearly impossible to complete if you don't have enough of them. You can find Blast Shards at the Core Relay stations within the D.you.P. Controlled area in each district, in Tracker Drones or even at various checkpoints scattered throughout Seattle.
