How to get the Public Service Achievement/Trophy

To get the Public Service achievement/trophy you must place 5 pieces of debris in a dumpster. To do this you need to load the level 'Train' and pull away the dumpster that is blocking the door to your right. You only need to pull the dumpster away a little in order to open it.

Once you have managed to open it go to the place where the train crashed through the building and gather five pieces of white-ish debris toward the back wall that look like they broke off of the railing above and then take them to the dumpster. Once you have thrown all five pieces of debris into it the achievement/trophy will unlock.
