The good ending is partially hidden and to unlock it you must discover the Chicken Illuminati. In order to do this you will need to finish ALL the Chicken Challenges.

To get the good ending you will need to unlock a door to the secret chicken meeting place in the Prision 'El Corazon'. This will require collecting 5 key pieces to complete the key and unlock the door. Listed below are the 5 key locations.

Key #1: Infierno

Received for defeating the Cactuardo boss.

Key #2: Templo de Jade

Enter the Templo de Jade's southern-most entrance in the Los Manglares zone. Below the chicken passage, there's a green river which can be reached by unlocking the chicken's hover ability.

Key #3: Isla Bonita

Accessed through the western-most door on Isla Bonita. A skeleton chicken guard will stop you from entering the Tule Tree Tops. Lay eggs (earned by completing chicken dungeons) to reach the platforming area. This is a chicken-only area, so make sure that you unlock ALL the chicken abilities before attempting it.

Key #4: Infierno

Find the giant lake of lava on the eastern-most shaft of the Infierno map. Launch across it and complete the platforming challenge.

Key #5: Los Manglares

Through the lower-left exit from the town hub, drop down to find a secret enemy gauntlet blocked by a yellow wall.

Unlocking the Peso Pesado skill will enable you to earn more gold coins for every enemy you defeat. This starting trainer skill set can be found under the Chamoya Fitness trainer. It's among the most expensive skills you can buy, but it also pays huge dividends because the more gold coins you earn the more skills you will be able to have.

Lucha punches are not just used for breaking through blue or red barriers. They can also be used to help you reach areas you couldn't get to before by giving you a little extra height on your jumps, or a little more horizontal length to your leaps.

A good place to invest early on is the wrestling moves upgrade tree. Once you have paid the initial investment to unlock them they will not cost any stamina to use and they will enable you to do more powerful moves when you grab an enemy.

It is important that you become proficient in dodging as it will enable you to move faster, avoid damage, keep your combos alive and even cancel super moves to dish out more damage.

At the 'Start' screen enter Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square, Triangle, Touch Pad. Starting out on the Hard difficulty setting will enable you to do everything in one playthrough. Alternately, you can unlock Hard mode by completing the game once. On Hard mode the enemies deal more damage and some time-based sections have a shorter time window.
