To get the Limp Home achievement/trophy you must finish three sectors of a stage with a flat tire. The best place to attempt this is Tarragona in Spain where driving carelessly will give you the best chance to get a puncture. There is no specific way to get a puncture, you are relying on luck.

Generate a stage in Freeplay of max length and average complexity and once you suffer a puncture slow down. It is important that you slow the car down to 70-75 km/h to extend the tire's life. All you then need to do is try to complete three sections of the stage with the car in that condition. The latest you can do this in a stage to unlock this particular achievement/trophy is when you're in the 4th section from the end of that stage, if you are past that point you will need to restart and try again.
