Re-Spec Device hints and tips for DC Universe Online

Re-Spec Device

You can use this machine to reset the skills of your superheroes or villains. When you use the Re-Spec device you will be given back every skill point that your character has accumulated apart from the initial skill point which is permanently attributed to their first weapon style and you will then be able to redistribute them. You will not be able to use the Re-Spec Device to select a different type of power set. You will be able to find this machine at the following locations:

Aquacultural Area in the JLA Watchtower, called the R.A.D. Kiosk (Recalibrating Attributes Device)

The Pit in the Hall of Doom, called the B.A.D. Kiosk (Biological Adjustment Device)
