Introduction

Pro Evolution Soccer 5 has taken over FIFA Football for the title of "Best Football Game Ever" in great style! The game offers excellent gameplay and graphics, making it miles better than nearest challenger FIFA. 2 Premiership Teams, Chelsea and Arsenal have now also got the real strips, along with many teans from other leagues.

Graphics

The graphics are amazing! A definite 10/10 for realism, it makes you feel like you are actaully watching a game on TV, not playing a game through it. The player likeness has been improved greatly aswell, and most players resemble their counter part superbly.

Sound

The sound of Pro Evolution Soccer 5 is not one of it's greatest factors, With the commentators coming out with jibberish at the best of times, But the crowd is realistic, for example when you are running down the pitch approaching the goal, the fans will start making more noice leading up to the anticipation of wether the ball hits the back of the net.

Gameplay

The gameplay has not really changed since the 2,3 and 4th installments of Pro Evolution Soccer, but it is excellent either way. You have the choices of playing the now well known, Master League, Cup or Exhibiton. The Master League has introduced the rising star system, where you bring in young players and train them to become the best, also the aging system adds great realism to the game, forcing players to retire as they go past their prime.

Lastability

Football games are all the same, with one motive, to play games and win them. It can get abit tiring playing game after game after game, but when you are playing Pro Evo the tiredness nevre comes in to play. The graphics of the game make you want more, make you want to keep playing to get the thrill of the realness that Pro Evo 5 has to offer.

Overall

As the best football game around Pro Evolution Soccer 5 scores a 10/10 for it's excellence! The only down side to Pro Evo is the kits. But I myself have brought a PES5 Memory File from eBay. Which will give all the teams their real kits, stadium names and so on.
