Introduction

I'm just going to say this now, this is the best Pokemon game I've ever played, with lots of new Pokemon, towns, items, and new ways to evolve Pokemon this shows the Pokemon series is getting better, it's incredibly fun, I loved playing this, it made me feel like I was playing Red Version again, only things that I thought that lowered it's score were some parts of the game felt repetive really, otherwise I think this is an awesome game, especially thanks to it being released Nintendo DS.

Graphics

The graphics are awesome, they make the game feel fresh, while your walking around everything's 3-D, Pearl makes very good use of the DS's Graphical capabilities.
When your in battle it's 2-D but who cares? The way the attacks are presented is awesome.

Sound

The in-game music really was great, bringing in new music and remixing old Pokemon themes, the new music is quite good and the remixed stuff sounds cool to, I like the Pokemon Centre theme alot, and the GTS theme sounds cool to, I really did enjoy the music, all the way through the game.

Gameplay

As for the Gameplay it was excellent, from the beginning at Lake Variety where you have your first battle to when you crush the Champion's last Pokemon, the game is great, you will enjoy running around the vast region of Sinnoh, and with over 100 new Pokemon you will enjoy it, the only annoying thing is that about ten to twenty of the new Pokemon are just evolutions of old pokemon.
And there are lots of other things to, like the extremely fun Sinnoh Underground, the new Super Contests, Amity Square, the Battle Tower and even Wi-fi, it really makes the game extremely enjoyable.

Lastability

If you play the game non-stop like myself theres a good chance you'll beat the league within three to five days, but even after the league theres still filling up your pokedex, making poffin, playing in the Underground, participating in contests, strolling through Amity Square and much more, I'm still playing just to build the perfect team for Wi-fi.

Overall

Overall this is one of the best games I've ever played, let alone best Pokemon game I've ever played, it truly is an excellent game, it has tons of new features, new Pokemon, great gameplay and graphics and more, thats why I'm giving Pokemon Pearl 96%, Nintendo made a great game here, I hope the next ds Pokemon game is better than this.
