Introduction

Now, I haven't done a review before, so sorry if this isn't that great, but I have played all of the Pokemon games, so I know Pokemon pretty well. I beleive that this game was far better than the previous reasons, but you need to read the whole review to find out why.

Graphics

These graphics are like Oblivions graphics on the 360, for pokemon. No, I do not mean it like that, just that these are the best graphics for this series for far. The 3-D is great, and the way that the game progresses through the hours of the day visually is great. You can see it get slowly lighter or darker throughout the day, and the creators made it seemless the way it happens. It isn't light one time, then a shade darker 10 seconds later. It is constantly happening, and, as I previously stated, it is seemless. The attacks, are, somewhat of a downfall for me, seeing how well they did they out side world's graphics, it set the bar much higher than where I originally had it set. Some of the attacks where great, and the majority wher eOkay,but there were some that were absolutely horrible, and looked like they ame right out of Ruby. All of the animations(I'm thinking of yours, Palkia) were as good as some of twilight princess's, with amazing particle effects (of course, the graphics aren't exactly on par with each other,but I think you get the Idea).

Sound

Much better sound than previous games, and at some points the music was Almost beautiful, and at other pointss I think it was despicable. Most songs and sound effects were good. Only one battle sound sounds bad to me, and that is spacial rends soun effect.

Gameplay

Battling in Pokemon has always been fun, but this ups the notch, but with the integration of the touch screen, the 100+ new Pokemon, and the thousands of items make it a strategy game as well as an RPG. With 493 Pokemon, and near 1000 moves this game is huge, and there is almost unlimited combinations of attacks, Pokemon, and items.

Lastability

This game is immensley fun long after you beat the elite four, because you can try to catch all the Pokemon and raise them all to level 100. Also, you can try and get lots of good Pokemon off GTS, and you can always do battle tower. Also, with wifi in this game, you can always battle someone somewhere.

Overall

Overall, this game is great, and I recomend all Ds owners to buy, previous Pokemon fans or not. I bought my ds lite just for this game, and it has been well worth the money. Battles are really intense, and the elite 4 is fun, even if it is a little bit of a pushover. Thanks for reading!!!
