Ok well I've added peoples friends codes on the pad....but when I go to trade or anything no one is there....can someone help.... I don't really understand it......also heres my code if ya wanna add it 0388 0047 0432 thanks a mill.

Have you considered the possibility that maybe, just maybe, no one is on at that time. I know that it might sound very absurd, but it is a definite possibility. Just try to get on Nintendo WI-FI at a different time and see if anyone is on then. Your problem could also be the Nintendo WI-FI connection that you have. Check it to make sure that everything is as it should be.
