I have downloaded pokesav but I don't understand how to copy and paste the files to the ARDS and I can't find out how to import either also do I need the AR disk in?

Here you are good sir, a link to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum. Inside that very forum lurk people who use Pokesav to make their own special Action Replay codes, whether it is for themselves, or for other people. If you go to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum and ask for help from one of them, then I am sure that they will give it to you. The reason that I am telling you ask your question there is because this question&answers section is about Pokemon Diamond questions. Your question has nothing to do with Pokemon Diamond.
