Hi, I will try my best to help you with your question.
To use your created player(s) on blacktop follow these steps:

1: Click on MyLEAGUE, it should take you to: MyLEAGUE Settings.
2: In MyLEAGUE Settings, check that you have these settings or make the changes:

MyLEAGUE Type Franchise
SETUP
Use Custom Roster On
Season Length B2 Games
Conference Quarterfinals Best of 7
Conference Semifinals Best of 7
Conference Finals Best of 7
NBA Finals Off
Fantasy Draft Off
Customize League Off
Salary Cap On
Hard Cap On

3: After you checked your settings continue and you should be taken to Official 2K Sports Roster, select the Name, User Teams.

4: You should be taken back to MyLEAGUE Settings, Quit and exit without saving.

5: You will be taken back to the main menu, select NBA Today.

6: In NBA Today, select Blacktop from the current menu. It should be the 3rd to last option. Select One vs One. You will be taken to BLACKTOP: CHOOSE PLAYERS

7: In BLACKTOP: CHOOSE PLAYERS. Select your two players and your match will begin. If you followed the steps correctly it should work. I hope I was able to solve your problem.
