Unlock Expert Missions
In order to get Expert Missions you need to play through the story. Once you have beaten Cell with Teen Gohan, the Supreme Kai of Time will eventually approach you with news, and Expert Missions will then be available for you. Expert Missions are battles up against powerful bosses such as the Great Apes that will take up to five people to beat.
