Press cirle to throw HBK to the Announcer Table, then you press R3 up to put him on it. Now don't freak out, then your run into the ring, climb on the top turnbuckle, and press square to jump on him. But do it all when he's laying on the table still. P.S. I sware to god it works, because I've done that match.
