When you complete the following tasks the corresponding weapon will become available.

Biometric Assault Rifle:

Complete the pre-order Signature Shot DLC missions.

CyperPunk Gun:

Unlocked through the 'CyberPunk Single Player Pack'.

Tommy Gun:

Find ALL QR Codes to unlock the QR Code investigation mission. Then complete the mission to unlock the Tommy Gun weapon.
