This track that represents Jet Set Radio is unlocked when you reach 80,000 SEGA Miles.

Quick Start. How do you get a turbo boost start at the beginn..

During the countdown hold A immediately after '2' disappears from the screen (just as the third tone in the countdown is heard) and if done correctly you will get a turbo boost when the race starts.
